Welcome! If you’re new to AnimationTech and have not rented with our team before, our rental policy requires the following in order to rent our equipment:

• All new clients are required to send an account application along with their rental request. Click here to submit a quick application with your rental request.

• We require a copy of your Certificate of Insurance. Click here to view all our COI requirements and a sample COI.

The first payment for the rental request will need to be submitted before receiving the rental equipment from our office. For our rentals, there are no credit card processing fees!

A team member receives your application and request once you click submit! We will reach out to you via email within the next business day. Please keep in mind that prices, configurations, and availability change daily.

– We only rent to businesses and sole proprietorships.

– We do not provide rentals to individuals.

– You must be a valid established business for a minimum of 1 year.

– If you are a Sole Proprietor, you will be required to provide a copy of your Tax Return Schedule C.

At this time we do not offer weekly or daily rates. All our rentals have a one-month minimum rate requirement, you may return the rental sooner, but the rate will remain the same.

Depending on the location and equipment you’d like to rent, we offer same-day or next-day delivery, shipping, or pick up at our office.

At this time, we only offer shipping options within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping.

All our rentals can be shipped outside of Los Angeles and New York City except for our workstations. Our AMD and Intel workstations can only be shipped to and from our LA & NYC offices.

We can provide additional info for UPS Ground Shipping (arrives in 4-5 business days) or UPS Next-Day Air by 10:30am Shipping (expedited overnight shipping).

You will be required to use a Major Business Credit Card for payments. There are no credit card processing fees!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover business credit cards.

We do not accept debit cards or prepaid cards.

Additional information on how to submit payment will be provided after your account and quote approval.

Discount Rental Contract Info:

Rental discounts are offered for long-term rental contracts!

Payment for the full long-term rental contract will be required to be paid on the first rental invoice. After the long-term rental contract ends, rentals will be billed on a month-to-month term with the applied discount until the rental(s) are returned. Please see below our discounts:

• 3-month rental term will receive a 10% discount for the whole rental contract and term beyond.
6-month rental term will receive a 20% discount for the whole rental contract and term beyond.
• 12-month rental term will receive a 35% discount for the whole rental contract and term beyond. 

Let us know if you’re interested in any of the discount terms or if you’re unsure if the rental will be needed for at least 3 months, we will also be happy to set your team up with the standard contract.

Yes, we are open! Our priority is the safety and well-being of our team and clients. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, AnimationTech has prepared systems in place for our Los Angeles and New York teams to continue working safely.

We understand that this is a stressful time for our VFX community and we will, to the best of our ability, provide assistance to those that are in need of hardware rentals, IT solutions, and remote setup. Onsite support will be provided through appointments only and after safety precautions have been thoroughly analyzed.
